Using the site
Globetrot Quiz is free for personal and classroom use. There are no accounts, no payments and no prizes. Do not attack or overload the site, and do not republish it as a whole.
Accuracy
We take care to keep names, capitals and figures correct, but the data comes from public sources and can contain errors or be out of date. Population and area figures are shown as the World Bank publishes them, with their year. If you spot a mistake, tell us at [email protected].
Borders and names
Maps and names on this site are for a quiz and take no position on any territorial dispute. Borders follow Natural Earth’s depiction of the situation on the ground.
Third-party data
The map, flags, names, capitals and figures are used under their own licences, listed on the about page. Those licences apply to the data; the site design and texts belong to Globetrot Quiz.
Changes
We may add or change quizzes and these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
